1. Google User Data Accessed
Our application uses Google Identity Services for authentication and the Google Calendar API exclusively to create the appointment event requested by you. We access basic profile information (your name and email). We do not access, read, or query your personal calendar events or availability; schedule availability is determined solely from our system's predefined agenda.
2. How We Use Google User Data
Google user data is accessed solely to validate your active session and insert the confirmed appointment directly requested by you. Strictly necessary cookies are used to keep your chat session secure. Your data is never used to train AI or Large Language Models (LLMs).
3. Data Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, rent, share, or transfer your Google user data to any third parties under any circumstances. All data operations remain strictly between your session, our secure assistant, and Google's official APIs.
4. Data Protection and Security Mechanisms
We implement robust industry-standard security practices to protect your data. All data in transit is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS / HTTPS) protocols. OAuth credentials and tokens are managed securely and never stored unencrypted.
5. Data Retention and Revoking Access
We do not store permanent copies of your Google data on our servers. Access is maintained dynamically during your active session to complete the appointment creation. You can revoke our application's access at any time directly from your Google Account at Google Security Settings.
6. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your Google user data is accessed solely to facilitate scheduling via the AI agent and is not used for training AI/LLM models, nor is it sold, shared, or transferred to third parties.
